Although, I am taking a short break from the JLR brand, Sam is a service guy that i compare my current one to whenever its time to bring in the vehicle. He is personable, kind and easy going. Had a Jaguar long ago and it always gave me a pit in my stomach when i had to deal with the gentlemen due to his mood. Sam reflects positivity always.

Buying a new car these days is nightmare, except with Jaguar Henderson. Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Maserati, Audi all wanted a "Market Adjustment" of several thousands of dollars, which I refused to pay. Our salesperson, Phillip Zamarron treated us with respect and never even suggested charging a Market Adjustment for our new F-Type R. Phil made this buying process a pleasure and we love our new car.

Beau and Cesar (in the service department) are Amazing! Had my 1st full service on my RR and not only was I treated kindly, I was given daily updates on my vehicle service. Beau took the time to explain each and every ticket item and when the vehicle was complete they returned it to me in pristine condition. Their prices were fair and you'll never, and I mean NEVER, want to go anywhere else to, not only, buy a car, but have all services performed on it. Top notch dealership!
Land Rover Henderson dealer helped me in a pinch when I blew through two tires in the Mojave desert and couldn't find any replacements locally. A replacement tire was ordered, quickly received the next day, and installed. One of my biggest surprises was how personable, friendly, genuine, and happy they were to go extra to get us back on the trail, as being being a relatively new dealership in the region. With a staff that is new to the brand all together, they are crushing it in the customer service, and truly being an awesome Land Rover ambassador.

Often times, when one thing goes wrong, it can turn into a snowball effect. This was certainly the case for me! I initially went in to get my coolant topped off, but ended up having a leak that needed to be repaired. I had an amazing experience at this location! Alex and Chris had the vehicle washed and ready just for the test drive! Once we decided to buy the vehicle they had it fully detailed and ready for us by the time the paper work was done.
