My new Range Rover had an annoying rattling sound coming from the rear cargo section. I brought it in and was given a loaner while the issue was resolved. They said it was a loose bracket in the headliner. Glad to have it resolved. It only took one day.

Worth the 30 minute drive! My original appointment with “another“ local dealership wasn’t enjoyable (to say the least). Henderson Landrover accommodated us as needed, the work was done quickly, and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Thank you again for taking care of us! Will 100% be back in the future.

My 2017 Land Rover was covered under a manufacturers warranty for a catalytic converter to be replaced at no cost. Henderson Jaguar took care of it and they gave us free windshield wiper blades as well. They did a great job.

This dealership has really improved with Caroline as the Service Advisor! I can recall getting multi point inspections and the technicians didn’t even check my wiper blades but the signed it off. (Pencil whipped it) They finally got their act together under Caroline and they actually give you a loaner vehicle not just an Uber and a foot 🦶🏼 up the butt. I definitely recommend this new service team!

Staff is polite, courteous. But not to knowledgeable or genuine. The advisor quoted me one thing and forgot I had to pretty much fight to get the price he quoted me. Good thing I had the text message saved as proof cause he asked for it(proof). I was given a rental for the weekend which is great but they didn’t offer it of course I asked for it I already knew Land Rover provided rentals not the dealer per say. Overall not impressed but not disappointed. After 1700$ for some breaks.
